My client, a manufacturer of aerospace components in a precision manufacturing setting, is seeking an Aerospace Quality Engineer to play a visible and high-impact role within their Quality organization.
This is an opportunity to work at the center of compliance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence—supporting AS9100 standards, FAA/EASA requirements, and driving real accountability across the plant. If you are a “go-getter” who works autonomously, takes initiative, and wants exposure to executive leadership within a global multi-site manufacturing group, this role offers both responsibility and long-term growth.

Why You Should Apply
  • Competitive base salary: $90,000–$110,000 based on experience
  • Discretionary annual bonus opportunity
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and HSA medical plans and dental insurance
  • 10 annual paid company holidays
  • 401(k) plan with company match
  • Employer-paid life insurance and short-term disability insurance
  • Direct exposure to executive leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Career path growth within a global, multi-site manufacturing organization
