Elevate Quality Performance in a High-Precision Aerospace Manufacturing Environment
Are you a driven quality professional who thrives in regulated manufacturing environments and takes ownership of compliance, audits, and corrective action?
My client, a manufacturer of aerospace components in a precision manufacturing setting, is seeking an Aerospace Quality Engineer to play a visible and high-impact role within their Quality organization.
This is an opportunity to work at the center of compliance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence—supporting AS9100 standards, FAA/EASA requirements, and driving real accountability across the plant. If you are a “go-getter” who works autonomously, takes initiative, and wants exposure to executive leadership within a global multi-site manufacturing group, this role offers both responsibility and long-term growth.
The Aerospace Quality Engineer plans and conducts activities related to quality assurance of aerospace manufacturing processes, materials, and finished components. This role serves as a key resource ensuring regulatory compliance, internal audit effectiveness, and customer quality expectations are consistently met.
You will lead and support internal and external audits, participate as a senior member of the Material Review Board (MRB), support First Article Inspection documentation, and drive corrective and preventive action initiatives. This is a hands‑on quality engineering role requiring independent judgment, strong documentation skills, and the ability to influence multiple departments.
