Job summary

DSJ Global seeks a Quality Engineer for a leading aerospace manufacturer in Arkansas. This on-site role requires AS9100 experience and relocation assistance is available.

You will review customer orders, support production quality, lead RCCA/CAPA, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining the QMS and coordinating with manufacturing, engineering, and suppliers. Qualifications

• 2+ years Quality Engineering experience in aerospace/defense manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on AS9100 experience and QMS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Review POs and contracts to ensure compliance with specs.
• Partner with manufacturing and engineering to support quality.
• Lead RCCA/CAPA investigations and actions.
• Identify quality improvements and CI initiatives.
• Represent quality in internal and customer meetings.
• Manage and respond to CARs from customers.
• Analyze quality data and KPIs for improvements.
• Conduct internal/process audits and compliance activities.
• Maintain QMS and ensure AS9100 compliance.
• Monitor processes and communicate status to leadership.
• Support special projects and other engineering tasks.
