Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles and ISO 9001/AS9100/AS9145.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure product quality.
• Conduct root cause analysis to address quality issues promptly.
• Collaborate with production to implement process improvements and reduce defects.
• Perform audits to ensure ISO 9001, AS9100, and AS9145 compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Monitor and report on key quality metrics for management.
• Train and mentor team members on QA procedures and standards.
• Participate in design reviews to identify potential quality issues.
• Work with suppliers to ensure quality of raw materials.
• Lead problem-solving efforts related to quality issues.
