Job summary

RTX in the United States is hiring a Heavy Maintenance Center Quality Engineer in Midwest City, Oklahoma. The role supports MRO operations, collaborates with inspectors, engineers, and the operations team to ensure quality and efficiency.

The successful candidate will lead root cause investigations, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives, with travel up to 10% and the ability to obtain a US security clearance. Onsite work with RTX benefits applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or business field or equivalent experience.
• Onsite at Midwest City, Oklahoma location.
• Ability to obtain a US Government security clearance.
• Up to 10% travel.
• Experience with AS9100/ISO 9001 quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Quality Inspectors, Process & Methods Engineers, Operations to support MRO operations.
• Lead investigations using RCCA and process analysis to determine root cause.
• Lead quality system, process, and product audits and assist 3rd party audits.
• Generate and modify Quality System documentation to clearly define processes and requirements.
