Job summary

Infosys seeks a Quality Engineer – MRB / RCCA / Non-Conformance Management to support aerospace manufacturing operations. The role focuses on non-conformance management, root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required in mechanical/manufacturing/industrial/quality.
• 8+ years aerospace manufacturing quality experience including MRB, RCCA, CAPA.
• Experience with non-conformance management and quality improvement initiatives.
• Strong RCA, CAPA, and quality management systems knowledge.
• Proficient in defect analysis, Pareto reviews, process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support non-conformance documentation, investigation, and disposition.
• Lead RCA and CAPA initiatives to drive quality improvements.
• Improve non-conformance documentation and reporting.
• Conduct defect analyses and Pareto-based reviews.
• Collaborate with supplier quality to implement corrective actions.
• Analyze production data to generate actionable insights.
• Support containment activities and customer-driven investigations.
• Review drawings and manufacturing plans to support MRB decisions.
• Drive continuous quality improvements and cross-functional reviews.
