Job summary

TRIGO ADR Americas seeks a Quality Engineer to evaluate supplier capabilities and baseline conformance to aerospace quality standards. You will develop life-cycle quality plans, drive CAPA, and support QMS across design through production stages.

You will apply FMEA, RCCA, SPC and GD&T across airframe and electronic assembly processes, with strong emphasis on RCCA and CAPA to ensure reliability and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years LEAN Manufacturing application experience.
• 3–5 years in Quality Engineering (FMEA, RCCA, SPC, Process Control, Auditing).
• 2–3 years working knowledge of ISO 9100/AS9100 QMS processes.
• 2–3 years working knowledge of Aircraft Parts and Material Conformity Inspections.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate supplier manufacturing capabilities and baseline conformance to commodity checklists and QMS processes.
• Establish part quality evaluation plans from materials requests through receipt.
• Manage non-conformance resolution and corrective actions.
• Participate in QMS audits to identify process deficiencies and corrections.
• Ensure documentation meets requirements and drives reliability improvements.
• Collaborate across design, incoming material, production control, and R&D on quality matters.
• Apply lean and six-sigma methodologies to improve processes and performance.
• Hands-on knowledge of mechanical components and assemblies; GD&T interpretation.
