Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking an experienced Aerospace Quality Engineer for a direct hire role in Valencia, CA. The candidate will analyze quality data, interpret aerospace drawings, and drive MRB actions with minimal guidance.

You will lead root cause analysis, participate in APQP/PPAP/PFMEA and coordinate cross-functional improvements to ensure product quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace manufacturing quality engineering and MRB review.
• Ability to analyze quality data and identify recurring issues for improvement.
• Create technical quality documentation including 8D reports and corrective actions.
• Support APQP, PPAP, PFMEA and qualification activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessment of NCMRs, MRB dispositions, and new products or processes.
• Review complex aerospace drawings, specs, and acceptance criteria.
• Validate rejections using advanced inspection tools and approve MRB actions.
• Lead root cause analysis and follow-up to verify effectiveness.
• Participate in APQP, PPAP, PFMEA and trend analysis across teams.
• Review and approve BOOs, BOMs, training materials, and specs.
