Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of relevant experience; or graduate degree with minimum 2 years.
• Experience applying quality tools in aerospace/manufacturing.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specs, and customer quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create plans for developing/transferring manufacturing operations between facilities.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma to routine aerospace operations.
• Analyze defect data and drive data‑driven corrective actions.
• Perform root cause analyses for non-conformances and gaps.
• Provide GD&T guidance and ensure drawing compliance.
• Assess First Article Inspection needs per AS9102 and contracts.
