Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• 3+ years in quality engineering or equivalent, aerospace preferred.
• Strong RCCA knowledge and problem-solving using DMAIC principles.
• Excellent communication and attention to documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to promote a strong quality culture.
• Complete internal and external audits of the quality management system.
• Provide quality, technical, and interpretation support to customers and suppliers.
• Collaborate with production and development to maintain supply and introduce new products.
• Ensure timely responsiveness and full compliance with requirements.
• Continuously improve the quality management system with documentation, procedures, and systems.
• Support quality metric improvement to meet site goals.
• Maintain all site-level accreditations.
