Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to lead QA activities supporting manufacturing and repair of turbine components. You will drive quality system compliance, lead RCCA efforts, support audits and customer requirements, and use data-driven insights to improve quality across the site. Location: Orangeburg, NY.

Travel occasionally to customer, supplier, or other company locations. Schedule: On-Site.

Responsibilities

• Promote a strong quality culture and provide technical leadership.
• Lead and support audits across internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide quality support to internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
• Partner with production and engineering to resolve quality issues and introduce new products.
• Drive RCCA investigations and continuous improvement.
• Maintain quality management system docs and processes.
• Analyze quality data and develop metrics to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
