Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of root cause analysis, corrective action tools, and quality systems (ISO 9001, AS9100 or similar).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated quality representative for customers, maintaining strong communication and addressing inquiries and audits.
• Review and ensure compliance with customer-specific quality requirements and flow-downs.
• Lead customer issue investigations including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Monitor program metrics such as yield, defects, and escapes; identify trends and suggest improvements.
• Lead and participate in audits; coordinate actions and close findings.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Program Management to embed quality throughout development to delivery.
