Job summary

Intrex Aerospace in Thornton, CO is seeking a Quality Engineer to lead planning, development and maintenance of the AS9100-based Quality Management System. You will collaborate with customers, suppliers and internal teams to improve processes, perform audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field, 5+ years of manufacturing experience, and strong data analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field.
• Prefer at least 5 years of related manufacturing experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Monitor quality data and KPIs.
• Lead internal and supplier audits and assist external audits.
• Maintain QMS documentation and AS training records.
• Provide technical guidance to production teams.
• Lead supplier quality issue resolution and corrective actions.
