Job summary

Intrex Aerospace is a precision aerospace manufacturer in Thornton, CO, seeking a Quality Engineer to support our Quality Department and production staff. The role focuses on planning, implementing, and maintaining our AS9100 Quality Management System, and collaborating with customers, suppliers and internal teams to drive quality improvements.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in engineering, 5+ years in manufacturing, experience with AS9100, strong data analysis and MS Office skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field.
• Prefer 5+ years in manufacturing.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze quality data and KPIs.
• Support audits for internal, external, customer and supplier.
• Maintain QMS documentation and training records.
• Provide guidance to production teams on quality.
• Lead supplier quality issue resolution and corrective actions.
• Coordinate supplier audits and ensure timely corrective actions.
