Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with relevant experience in AS9100.
• Experience in AS9100 environment and quality systems.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of aerospace engineering principles and blueprints.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Production and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Support QMS, drive improvements, and maintain compliance.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and FAI reports.
• Identify RCCA for nonconformances and customer complaints.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Interface with customers and suppliers on quality issues.
• Coordinate MRB and supplier inspections/reviews.
• Familiar with FRACAS, CAPA, and AS9100 processes.
