Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• FRACAS experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with AS9100 is a plus.
• Experience with quality systems and corrective action processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work with Operations, Inspection, Manufacturing Engineering and Supply Chain to address issues daily.
• Be data driven to assess processes, take measurements, and interpret data to drive continuous improvement.
• Report to the Quality Manager on quality issues, metrics, and trends to support reviews.
• Investigate discrepancies and nonconformities to develop disposition and corrective actions.
• Lead FIA's, FR's, SCAR's and customer complaints with cross-functional support to ensure permanent fixes.
• Assist with Material Review Board (MRB) processes.
• Provide guidance to inspectors on quality topics and support internal audits.
