Job summary

Chromalloy Corporation is seeking a Quality Systems, Audit & Compliance Leader to direct enterprise quality management and internal audit programs for aerospace manufacturing and repair operations. You will align with Quality, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to reduce compliance risk and enable growth.

The role requires leading internal audits, maturing site programs, and mentoring site quality leaders while ensuring FAA/EASA/CAA compliance and readiness across multiple facilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or related discipline.
• 10+ years aerospace quality, regulatory compliance, or quality systems experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience supporting FAA Part 145 Repair Station operations and engaging with FAA/EASA/CAA authorities.
• Proven leadership of internal audits, quality audits, corrective action programs, and multi-site compliance programs.
• Knowledge of FAA regulations (14 CFR), AS9100, ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025, and risk-based compliance management.

Responsibilities

• Own and mature Chromalloy’s enterprise quality management system standards and internal audit program across sites.
• Lead internal audits, site assessments, and gap analyses; partner with site quality managers on program maturity.
• Develop site-specific compliance programs, procedures, and controls; coach teams toward sustainable ownership.
• Ensure containment, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and verification for audit findings.
• Serve as internal subject matter expert for FAA regulations, FAA Part 145, EASA, CAAC, and other authorities; monitor regulatory changes.
