Job summary

Janicki Industries is seeking a skilled Aerospace Auditor/Quality Analyst to join our Hamilton, Washington team. You will lead audits, improve quality processes, and ensure compliance with aerospace standards and Nadcap requirements across programs.

Ideal candidates have QA experience in regulated industries, strong attention to detail, and the ability to train others while working under deadlines. This role offers on-site work in Hamilton with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of manufacturing QA experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, databases).
• Ability to apply logical or scientific thinking to problems.
• English language proficiency required.
• U.S. Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident; ability to obtain U.S. Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal and external audits and inspections to Aerospace Standards, Nadcap and Customer requirements.
• Participate in Nonconformance, Corrective Action, Process Deviation and Document Control processes.
• Work with program teams on quality metrics and improvement initiatives.
• Provide training to enable employees to meet quality standards.
• Retrieve, review, and analyze QA data.
• Review and revise Quality documents to ensure conformance to contractual, Aerospace or QMS requirements.
