Job summary

Kaleidoscope, an Infosys Company, is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer in Kent, WA (onsite) to lead high-impact quality programs and drive continuous improvement across cross-functional teams. You will ensure audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and customer quality initiatives while mentoring engineers and guiding corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, or related technical discipline required; master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in quality, manufacturing, or engineering roles, preferably within aerospace manufacturing.
• AS9100, Nadcap, and quality management systems knowledge are essential.
• Advanced risk management, change management, and statistical analysis understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact quality programs and cross-functional initiatives.
• Serve as site lead for audit readiness, customer quality initiatives, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to improve product conformity.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven methods.
• Mentor Quality Engineers and represent quality in audits and leadership reviews.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and sustained corrective actions.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering
