Job summary

Ultra PCS is seeking a Head of Quality Assurance to lead and optimise the QA function across aerospace programmes. You will partner with operations, engineering, and customers to ensure products meet stringent regulatory and quality requirements, while driving continuous improvement and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

Degree in engineering or related field and professional QA experience.
Experience leading QA teams in aerospace/manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of aerospace standards (CAA, EASA, FAA) and quality systems.

Responsibilities

Lead the QA function and ensure compliance with quality policies and regulatory requirements.
Mentor and develop the QA team to deliver metrics and continuous improvement.
Coordinate internal and external audits, supplier approvals, and product/process validation.
Travel to customer sites as required to support audits and approvals.
