Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in a Manufacturing Quality Control environment as an inspector.
• Must be detail-oriented, have good organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read standards and part prints; familiarity with IPC-A-610.

Aufgaben

• Inspect product/subassemblies to requirements as specified in documentation during incoming, in-process, and final inspection.
• Inspect PCBA, fabricated mechanical parts, and cables (visual and dimensional inspection).
• Inspect purged product as requested.
• Enter inspection results into the Manufacturing Execution System.
• Generate non-conforming material records in MES.
• Assist with first article inspections to support component/part qualification.
• Read and interpret standard specifications and part prints.
• Follow and enforce FOD, ESD, and Calibration protocols.
• Communicate quality-related issues and escalate problems for resolution.
• Monitor critical equipment and instrumentation.
