Job summary

Northrop Grumman's Space Sector is seeking an Inspector – Level 1 to join our team in Dulles, VA. This entry-level role supports quality assurance by inspecting spacecraft components, subassemblies, and final products to ensure they meet company and government standards.

The position is 100% onsite with a 9/80 schedule and every other Friday off. The Inspector 1 works to identify discrepancies, learn and grow within the aerospace industry, and requires a high school diploma with no clearance to

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and 0 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections on Electrical and Mechanical components at the component level.
• Confirm acceptable quality standards and workmanship practices are being utilized in assigned work centers
• Identify discrepant conditions and generate nonconformance reports for discrepancies discovered during inspection processes.
