Job summary

Accurus Aerospace Kent, LLC is seeking an Inspector to perform in-process and final inspections of machined aerospace parts and assemblies, ensuring compliance with engineering requirements and work instructions.

The role requires documenting approvals, addressing non-conformances, and supporting training within the Quality Department. Strong reading of blueprints, precise measurements, and ERP/Excel familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and accuracy in reading blueprints and quality standards.
• Strong math skills and familiarity with geometric tolerancing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Select inspection methods and instruments to perform in-process and final inspections of machined aerospace parts.
• Initiate nonconformance records and disposition parts not meeting requirements.
• Identify root causes, suggest process improvements, and support rework or re-inspection.
