Job summary

Accurus Aerospace Kent LLC is seeking an Inspector to join the Quality Department. You will perform in-process and final inspections of machined aerospace parts, document approvals, and manage non-conformances.

The role involves potential CMM work under supervision and participation in process improvements. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED (associate degree preferred) and at least six months in inspection; strong measurement skills and blueprints literacy are essential.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
Minimum six months in inspection of machined parts/assemblies; aerospace exp. preferred.
Ability to read blueprints and engineering docs accurately; use precision measuring tools.

Responsibilities

Perform in-process and final inspection of machined aerospace parts and assemblies.
Document approvals and non-conforming parts; initiate nonconformance records.
Communicate root causes and coordinate re-work or re-inspection as needed.
Support process improvements and training as required; may assist with CMM inspections.
