Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering, Quality Assurance, or related technical field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience with degree, or 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of formal education.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Experience conducting root-cause analysis and leading corrective action activities in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support corrective action investigations, including problem identification, data collection, root-cause analysis, and development of robust CAPA.
• Oversee collection, review, and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, systemic issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving teams and drive investigations to closure with documented effectiveness checks.
• Support development, implementation, and maintenance of quality standards, procedures, and inspection processes throughout production.
