Job summary

Executive Alliance seeks a highly motivated Quality Assurance Engineer to support customers, suppliers, product development, and manufacturing teams, resolving defects and ensuring products meet customer and regulatory specifications throughout the production lifecycle. You will perform audits, develop quality plans, and lead inspections per AS9100/AS9102 while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of production processes and QMS.
• Interdepartmental collaboration across developers, project managers, and customer support.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer and regulatory specs.
• Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
• Conduct quality audits and inspections to identify defects and non-conformities.
• Investigate root cause and corrective actions.
• Monitor quality metrics to identify improvements.
• Participate in design and process reviews for quality.
• Provide training and support on quality standards.
• Create test procedures and quality plans for product scope.
• Coordinate First Article Inspection (FAI) per AS9102.
• Lead supplier quality activities and on-site supplier audits.
• Support development and operations teams during inspection.
• Assist in implementing continuous improvement in QMS.
