Job summary

Eaton's AER FMC Fuel Motion Control Systems division is seeking an Assembly Technician- Overhaul & Repair for 1st shift in Euclid, OH. Join our MRO team responsible for repair and overhaul of main engine fuel pumps and related components, with FAA/EASA/CAAC procedures compliance.

The role offers 1st shift hours 7:00AM-3:30PM, with overtime eligibility and incentive programs. Location: Euclid, OH; 330 employees; salary range $47,000–$69,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma/GED plus 2 years of mechanical assembly and/or maintenance experience; or 10 years without HS/GED, in pumps, motors or related devices.
• Export-controlled information; candidate must be a U.S. person as defined by policy.
• No immigration sponsorship; no CPT/OPT/STEM OPT, etc.
• No relocation; must reside within 50-mile radius of Euclid, OH.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, inspect, reassemble field returns per overhaul manuals and procedures; follow FAA, EASA, CAAC approved procedures.
• Prepare concise documentation for every repaired/overhauled unit.
• Maintain knowledge of FAA, EASA, CAAC requirements.
• Communicate with coworkers and departments to ensure efficient repairs and processing.
• Complete training requirements and participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Perform duties as directed, including receiving/shipping, testing, and NDT.
