Apex Technology, based in Playa Vista, CA, is seeking a Proposal Specialist to drive growth by producing high-quality proposals for US Government, Commercial, and International Government contracts. As primary author for RFIs/RFPs, you will manage the proposal lifecycle, translate technical content into persuasive materials, and collaborate with engineering, BD, and contracts to meet tight deadlines.

• Proven experience composing high-quality proposals for aerospace/defense customers.
• Ability to work with diverse teams (engineering, BD, contracts) under tight deadlines.
• Strong writing and editing skills with clarity and persuasiveness.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple concurrent deadlines.
• Willingness to receive and provide constructive feedback to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary author for RFIs, RFPs, and new business opportunities.
• Oversee the full proposal lifecycle from content to final delivery.
