Apex Technology, Inc. is seeking a Proposal Specialist to drive growth by crafting compelling responses to RFIs/RFPs and managing the proposal lifecycle across US Government, Commercial, and International Government markets.

You will transform complex technical concepts into persuasive proposals, maintain templates and content libraries, and work with engineering, BD, contracts, and mission management to deliver high-quality content on tight deadlines.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience writing, drafting, and editing US government or aerospace & defense proposals.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, BD, contracts under tight deadlines.
• Meticulous, proactive, highly organized, and strong communicator.
• Clear writing and editing skills; coachable and team-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Author responses to RFIs, RFPs, and other new business opportunities.
• Oversee the entire proposal lifecycle and final delivery of complete proposals.
• Translate technical concepts into easily digestible reading materials for varied audiences.
• Create persuasive content that showcases product strengths and solutions.
• Convert rough drafts into high-impact content for proposals.
• Align work with established guidelines and quality standards.
• Produce high-caliber work on time, every time.
