Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• A&P license or FAA Power Plant Rating preferred.
• Must pass background check and DOT-FAA drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform aircraft component maintenance, inspection, testing, troubleshooting and repair activities as assigned by shop leadership in accordance with approved data and FAA requirements.
• Log into ETS using the correct operation code and review work scope per Sales instructions.
• Review and interpret overhaul manuals to diagnose defects and follow correct engine work scope.
• Inspect units for damage, verify part numbers and ensure proper documentation.
• Bench test units to confirm reports and complete final calibrations as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and observe all safety practices and PPE requirements.
