Job summary

The ideal candidate has a track record in capital equipment manufacturing, strong communication, problem-solving, and mentoring; Epicor experience is a plus. Knowledge of MS Office and databases is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and adjust project activities to meet objectives.
• Manage project scope, resources, schedules, risks, documentation, and deliverables.
• Facilitate communication among clients, project teams, and management.
• Ensure compliance with company methodologies, standards, and procedures.
• Resolve issues promptly and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement and support employee development through coaching and mentoring.
• Develop, track, and report project budgets and financial performance.
• Manage revenue recognition, invoices, collections, and profitability.
• Understand pricing models, profit and loss impacts, and project forecasting.
• Ensure contracts and legal documentation are properly completed.
• Identify opportunities for additional business and project growth.
