You will design, develop, test, and deploy high-value automated test solutions for aircraft electronics, adhering to stringent OEM standards and industry regulations.

The role emphasizes developing TPS, hardware-software integration, and supporting operations worldwide with strong collaboration across Testek teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronic engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of engineering job experience.
• Willingness to travel to international sites for equipment installation (up to 25%).
• US Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dry checks on electrical devices, including harnesses and adapters.
• Create user documentation packages with drawings, operating instructions, and end-user guidelines.
• Start-up and deployment of automated test software for avionics equipment (commercial and military).
• Design and implement automated test solutions and a Test Program Set (TPS).
• Develop test and interface circuitry including switching and signal conditioning.
• Analyze OEM design/test docs to define test requirements and select cost-effective equipment.
• Prepare internal docs: bills of material, schematics, assembly drawings for automation.
• Oversee test solution from design to manufacturing integration.
• Ensure solutions meet specifications and OEM requirements via testing/validation.
• Provide training and remote support for new testing solutions.
