Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees ongoing projects and acts as liaison between program mgmt, planning, project team, and Operations leadership
• Reviews project status, budgets, schedules, and prepares status reports
• Assesses production issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer goals
• Develops mechanisms to monitor progress and enable problem solving with managers, customers, stakeholders
• Mentors team members and suggests new strategies
• Balances multiple projects and ensures status and performance to plan
• Leads cross-functional coordination to achieve project goals
• Performs risk assessment and mitigation
• Fosters partnerships with internal customers and functions
