Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
• PMP certification required for the role.
• 5+ years in a related aerospace, medical device or regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead development teams in a new product development environment.
• Ensure project performance and execution.
• Manage customer relationships and communications.
• Develop schedule and milestone management.
• Develop program and project cost estimates; baseline development.
• Develop program/project metrics and perform variance analysis and risk management.
• Manage supplier relationships and cross-functional collaboration.

5+ years in related field

2+ years Microsoft Office

Experience leading hardware dev teams

Security clearance eligibility

Education
