Job summary

JT4, LLC seeks a Project Lead III to independently lead small to mid-sized projects supporting customer and company goals. You will assist PMs, develop and review project documentation, manage budgets, and report progress through reviews.

Strong communication and the ability to obtain and maintain a government clearance are required. The role involves coordinating resources, schedules, and risk mitigation while ensuring compliance with government processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent combination of education, training and experience (10 years in demanding program work).
• Knowledge in resource organization, planning and budgeting, quality/process improvement, configuration management.

Responsibilities

• Lead relatively small projects of low to medium complexity.
• Assist Project/Program Managers with daily activities and deliverables.
• Develop, review, and approve project documentation; manage budgets and risks.
• Monitor, control, and re-plan project schedules to meet requirements.
• Maintain project portfolio and report status through reviews.
• Possess excellent communication to stakeholders and ensure compliance with policies.
