Job summary

JT4, LLC in California is seeking a Project Lead II to manage small to mid-sized projects under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract. You will support customer requirements, develop plans, and monitor progress, budgets, and risk with minimal supervision in a dynamic test environment.

The role emphasizes accurate scheduling, documentation, and collaboration with PMs and engineers. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and eight years of relevant experience, be a U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required; eight years of experience in technically demanding programs.
• Ability to develop and manage budgets and schedules.
• Experience with project risk management and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to medium complexity projects.
• Assist PMs with daily project activities and documentation.
• Maintain project portfolio and budget reporting.
• Coordinate recruitment of technical personnel as needed.
• Ensure adherence to government and company processes.
