Job summary

JT4, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead relatively small projects of low to medium complexity within government contracts. You will support daily activities, assist with budget and schedule management, and ensure compliance with policies and government requirements.

Requires a bachelor’s degree or higher and PMP or CAPM within one year. Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance and a valid driver’s license. This role offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s or higher degree, or equivalent experience.
• Must obtain PMP or CAPM within specified timeframe.
• Knowledge of resource organization and allocation, planning and budgeting, quality processes, configuration management, and goal measurement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with government stakeholders.
• Must qualify for and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project/Program Managers with daily conduct of large projects/ programs.
• Develop, review, and approve project documentation and budgets.
• Manage project risk and schedule; monitor and re-plan as needed.
• Provide status through reviews and document lessons learned.
• Recruit and hire appropriate technical personnel to meet project requirements.
• Adhere to policies and procedures to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
