Job summary

JT4, LLC invites applications for a Project Lead III role in a federal contracting environment. You will lead relatively small projects, manage budgets, and drive documentation and scheduling efforts in collaboration with customers and internal teams.

The position requires strong communication skills, the ability to handle risk and changes, and eligibility for a government security clearance. Travel may be required as part of project duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent to 10 years of program experience.
• Experience with resource planning, budgeting and process improvement.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to medium complexity projects supporting customer requirements.
• Develop, review, and approve project documentation and budgets.
• Monitor risk and re-plan to meet schedule and budget targets.
• Coordinate with project managers and teams; document lessons learned.
