Job summary

SOGECLAIR is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Aerospace, responsible for delivering complex flight test projects on time and within budget. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with technical experts, suppliers, and customer representatives, and manage priorities, risks, and reporting across multi-site activities.

• 5–8 years of project management experience in aerospace.
• Advanced knowledge of project management processes and principles.
• Experience in flight test development and certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver on time complex aerospace projects and activities.
• Lead cross-functional teams to establish scope, schedule and budget.
• Collaborate with technical experts, business leaders, suppliers and customers to ensure project adherence.
• Identify priorities and manage risks with mitigation planning.
• Coordinate internal safety and security processes and report on deficiencies.
• Prepare budget visibility, resources, and organizational reporting.
