Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5-8+ years in aerospace project or program management.
• Experience with aircraft development, experimental flight test, certification, or avionics integration.
• Experience with aircraft avionics systems in development/testing.
• Knowledge of avionics integration, verification/validation, and flight test processes.
• Coordinate across avionics, systems, flight test, pilots, suppliers, leadership.
• Strong PM principles, schedules, budgets, risks, and prioritization experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.
• Self-motivated, fast-paced work style.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex Experimental Flight Test, aircraft development, avionics integration, and certification projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to establish project plans, milestones, resources, priorities, and execution strategies.
• Partner with avionics, electrical systems, systems engineering, flight sciences, flight test, and certification teams.
• Coordinate aircraft activities involving avionics integration, aircraft modifications, ground testing, verification/validation, and flight testing.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, priorities, and resource allocation across multiple projects.
• Identify risks and lead mitigation planning and execution.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Prepare budget forecasts and maintain visibility into project financial performance.
