Job summary

Valence Surface Technologies is seeking a Program Manager to oversee customer accounts and programs, coordinating with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery of conforming parts. Candidate should bring 5+ years in manufacturing or aerospace customer support, with a GED/HS minimum and a preferred Bachelor's in Business Management or related field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or aerospace in a customer-support role.
• HS/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage defined list of customer accounts.
• Coordinate with operations and shipping to manage truck routes and schedules.
• Create daily report of customer orders and review completion dates to ensure on-time delivery.
• Resolve issues causing orders to be delayed or held.
• Ensure communication across quality, operations, finance and customer service.
