Job summary

Valbruna Stainless is seeking an experienced Aerospace Program Specialist to support coordination and execution of aerospace programs. The role reports to the Aerospace Market Manager and serves as a liaison between mills, customers, and branch teams.

You will assist with monitoring and management of programs, collaborate across branches, respond to RFQs, and enter orders. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in aerospace program management are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for the role.
• 2+ years in aerospace program management or related coordination.
• Familiarity with aerospace grades and specifications.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management and coordination of aerospace programs with mills to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with branches and mills to ensure program requirements are fulfilled.
• Manage the sales cycle for aerospace programs; respond to RFQs and enter orders.
