Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of aerospace program management, project coordination, or related field.
• Familiarity with aerospace grades and specifications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Program Support and Coordination: Assist in the management and coordination of aerospace programs, coordinating with mills to meet customer needs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with branches and mills to ensure program requirements are met.
• Sales Process Management: Manage the sales cycle for aerospace programs; respond to RFQs and enter orders for programs.
