Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Program Specialist II to coordinate program activities, track progress and ensure adherence to project requirements. You will work with cross-functional teams and participate in a rotational PM program designed to accelerate career growth.

Reporting to the Senior Program Director, you will gain exposure to New Product Development, program controls, and change management, with a path toward a Program Manager role. Hybrid schedule offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in program management or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to track and report on program performance metrics.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements in the aerospace industry.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program activities, track progress, and ensure adherence to project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate successful outcomes.
• Track program progress and performance metrics, providing updates to stakeholders.
• Execute activities across new product development stages from proposal to production.
• Complete rotations and evaluations per Rotational PM program design.
