Job summary

Millennium Space Systems, a Boeing company, is seeking two Program Schedulers to develop and baseline program schedules, analyze variances, and support planning through all program phases. Onsite in El Segundo, CA, you will collaborate with product development teams and program controllers to meet milestones on time and on budget.

The role emphasizes scheduling accuracy, data analysis, and coordinated communication with stakeholders. A background in aerospace and EVMS/SRA knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Intermediate skills with Word, PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to analyze data in Excel.
• 1+ years of experience with standard project scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project and Project Server.
• Experience collaborating with geographically dispersed cross-functional teams.
• This position requires US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program requirements.
• Performs studies, trend analysis, risk assessments to determine impacts and constraints.
• Creates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, and communicates updates throughout the lifecycle.
• Improves project management processes and implements best practices for decision makers.
• Directs all phases of projects from inception through completion.
• Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and objectives.
• Supports performance recovery planning and maintains project control systems.
