Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a RTX business unit, seeks an experienced APU Quality Senior Manager to lead a team of quality professionals and drive quality across 23 APUs and TJ programs. You will ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with IPMT requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Role requires a strong background in program management, quality assurance, and cross-functional leadership. Onsite location at West Palm Beach, FL with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required with 10+ years of experience, or advanced degree with 7+ years.
• Experience in program management and leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience interpreting data and using SAP, QLIK, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience in quality assurance, including regulatory compliance and corrective action processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of three APU program quality managers overseeing 23 APU and TJ programs.
• Serve as escalation point for IPMTs and liaison with customers on quality issues.
• Support quality-related program office activities and product certification processes.
• Oversee nonconformance management, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Represent the program office in audits and problem resolution reviews.
• Advocate and implement customer and supplier quality plans to meet delivery, cost, and quality objectives.
