Job summary

AETC Operations is seeking a Program Manager / Sales Representative in Burton, TX to guide aerospace and defense programs from inquiry to delivery. You will manage customer programs, coordinate with engineering, manufacturing and quality teams, and grow the business through effective quotations and relationships.

You will develop product knowledge, maintain schedules, and identify opportunities for new customers and applications while ensuring quality and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, aerospace, manufacturing, program management or related technical field.
• Equivalent relevant aerospace, manufacturing, technical sales, or program-management experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer programs from inquiry through order, production, and completion.
• Track requirements, quotations, POs, schedules, and open actions.
• Maintain program schedules and communicate status, risks, and delays.
• Coordinate activities between sales, engineering, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, and suppliers.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and assist in new business opportunities.
