Job summary

Aereos is seeking a Customer Account Program Manager to own the execution of assigned commercial and defense aerospace programs from award through delivery. You will coordinate with engineering, planning, supply chain, production, quality, logistics, and finance to meet contractual requirements in a regulated environment.

You will serve as the primary customer-facing contact, manage changes, drive risk mitigation, and lead cross-functional cadence to ensure on-time delivery and contract value

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field; 5+ years PM experience.
• Alternative: 10+ years PM experience without a degree.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with aerospace/defense contracts and DFARS/FAR clauses is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own program execution for scope, schedule, cost, quality, and delivery.
• Lead cross-functional program cadence with weekly status meetings and risk reviews.
• Translate customer requirements into internal deliverables with change control.
• Coordinate forecasts and demand changes with planning and supply chain.
• Enter sales orders into IndustriOS within 24 hours of acceptance.
• Prepare data for reviews and drive risk mitigation and recovery plans.
