Honeywell Aerospace in Torrance, CA is seeking a Program Manager to matrix-manage key aerospace programs. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and report to the Sr. PM/IPT lead from our hybrid Torrance, CA location.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and proficiency with EVM and program management tools. Requires US citizenship and 6+ years in program management.

Job Description

As a Program Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for matrix managing several critical program functions and ensuring the successful execution of the of programs and/or other high visibility Space program(s). Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for Honeywell's Aerospace initiatives. You will report directly to our Sr. Program Manager and IPT lead and you’ll work out of our Torrance, CA location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the organization by ensuring strategic alignment, program efficiency, quality assurance, timely delivery, issue resolution, data analysis, reporting, cost management, cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, risk management, team leadership, mentoring and development, compliance, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

The annual base salary range for this position is $161,000 - $200,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations. This position is incentive eligible.
