Job summary

Vitesse Systems in Longmont, CO seeks a Program Manager II to lead antenna program initiatives from concept through delivery. You will coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, and customer teams to meet requirements within schedule and budget.

The role focuses on driving programs, managing risks, tracking EVMS, and maintaining strong internal/external communications while ensuring compliance with ITAR/EAR. This is a customer-facing, impact-driven leadership position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years in aerospace/engineering/manufacturing project management preferred.
• Experience managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders and contracts.
• Strong communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct major program phases including proposal development and execution.
• Serve as primary customer point of contact and advocate for their needs within the organization.
• Manage scope, budgets, timelines, and resources; communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and control costs to ensure profitable execution.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, ITAR, and EAR.
