Job summary

Vitesse Systems, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to lead large or multiple programs, coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure schedule, cost, and quality targets are met.

The role requires aerospace program management experience, engineering or business background, and strong communication skills to align stakeholders and drive successful outcomes in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferable) or business management.
• Five (5) years manufacturing industry experience.
• Two (2) plus years’ experience as a program manager in the aerospace industry.
• Excellent attention to detail; strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact with customers; manage schedule and communications.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address delivery impacts and guidance.
• Manage price, cost, inventory, quality, and delivery for assigned customers.
• Track program performance and prepare leadership summaries.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet quality, schedule, and budget commitments.
• Forecast customer demand for long-term planning; use ERP for transactions and analysis.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and critical paths.
